Our client’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a Senior Associate/Counsel/Junior Partner with 2-7 years of experience to join their Washington DC team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating sophisticated joint venture agreements with private equity real estate funds, loan documents, and representing clients in buying, selling, and financing commercial real estate. Experience with hospitality transactions, including the acquisition of branded hotels and negotiating hotel management agreements, is a plus but not required.

Candidates must have DC bar membership.

The expected salary range for this position is $215,000 to $305,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which they will be performing the job.
