Real Estate Attorney
Our client is looking to grow their California presence. The firm is seeking a highly motivated real estate attorney with at least 6 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. It is essential for candidates to have experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions. Must have a proven ability to manage matters with minimal oversight. Large law firm experience is a plus. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will:

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers (i.e., high EQ and customer service skills). 
• Remain organized and able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
• Anticipate problems and issues and make the lives of clients easier: identify issues, quantify risk and make sound, actionable recommendations. 

This position is open to the firm’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles. Must be admitted to practice in the State of California. The anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 – $240,000.
