The Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst supports litigation attorneys, eDiscovery attorneys, project managers, and legal teams with all aspects of litigation support and electronic discovery from case inception through trial. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining litigation databases for review, production, and analysis; managing platforms such as Relativity/RelOne, CSDisco, and other industry-standard tools; conducting keyword searches, testing, sampling, and quality control procedures; and supporting document review and production workflows. This role also assists with AI-enabled eDiscovery technologies, including TAR, active learning, generative AI tools, and analytics, while ensuring defensible workflows and accurate outputs. Additional duties include vendor coordination, user training, process documentation, troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with litigation data management standards.
Qualified candidates should have at least 6+ years of litigation and eDiscovery services experience, including administration of litigation review platforms such as Relativity/RelOne and CSDisco. Strong knowledge of relational databases, eDiscovery workflows, litigation technology, and enterprise information management is required. Candidates should possess excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree and RCA certification are preferred.
The expected annual salary range for this position is approximately $116,480 – $153,920, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
