The Director of eDiscovery Project Management leads a team of Senior, Project, and Associate Project Managers, ensuring exceptional client delivery through effective leadership, process excellence, and adoption of best practices and technology. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Integrated Services, the Director oversees all project management operations, including team performance, resource allocation, workflow consistency, and client satisfaction. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—hiring, mentoring, and developing team members while maintaining high standards of communication, responsiveness, and consultative service. The Director also partners with Sales on client engagements and manages escalations for high-profile matters.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (JD or LLM preferred), at least five years of eDiscovery project management experience, and two or more years of team leadership on large-scale matters. Strong people management, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage metrics for performance and process improvement. The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous innovation. Salary range: $140K–$160K annually, with variable compensation tied to annual performance goals.
