The eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for implementing and promoting eDiscovery protocols in alignment with the Firm’s strategic goals. The role involves collaborating with internal and external litigation support resources, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring projects adhere to cost and time parameters.

Key responsibilities include implementing technology and systems across offices, advising on e-discovery issues, managing data transfer and storage, and overseeing the development and delivery of training on document review protocols. The manager will also coordinate document discovery, depositions, trial support, and litigation-specific software troubleshooting.

Required qualifications include over 5 years of professional litigation experience, familiarity with major litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Summation), and experience with Technology-Assisted Review and Predictive Coding. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and the expected salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
