Litigation & Trial Support Specialist (eDiscovery)

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation and Trial Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical and operational support to case teams throughout all phases of litigation. This role focuses on eDiscovery, data management, and trial preparation, including the setup and support of both local and remote trial offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to perform effectively under pressure while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Key responsibilities include managing litigation databases, assisting with data processing and quality control, coordinating with eDiscovery vendors, and promoting best practices related to preservation, collection, review, and production. The specialist will also train users on litigation support platforms and provide ongoing technical assistance.
In addition, the role involves extensive trial preparation and on-site support, including coordinating courtroom technology, managing logistics such as power and networking, conducting equipment testing, supporting presentations, and overseeing trial equipment inventory and shipping. Travel is required to support trial teams on-site.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of hands-on litigation technology support experience. Proficiency in Relativity, CaseMap, iManage, Microsoft 365, and strong technical troubleshooting skills are essential. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are required.
