The Litigation Practice Support Lawyer (PSL) supports multiple litigation subgroups by enhancing knowledge management, training, and innovation across the practice. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining model documents, templates, and legal resources; organizing and improving access to internal knowledge tools; and monitoring legal developments to keep attorneys informed. The PSL also plays a central role in designing and delivering training programs for attorneys and staff, mentoring junior lawyers, and maintaining training materials.
A major component of the role involves driving AI and legal technology initiatives, including identifying use cases, testing tools, and promoting adoption of AI-driven workflows for both internal and client-facing work. The PSL collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, improve efficiency, and support automation efforts.
Additionally, the role contributes to business development by drafting thought leadership content such as client alerts, articles, and presentations, while tracking legal trends and market insights.
Candidates must hold a J.D. and have at least 3+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. An interest in legal technology and AI is highly valued.
Salary range: $186,000 – $279,000.
