Thomas is the Vice President of Attorney Recruiting Services with C&M Legal Search. Thomas has been in the legal recruiting space since early 2020, and he practiced law for 2 years prior to that. Thomas has broad legal recruiting experience ranging from temporary attorney and staff placements to direct hire attorney placements at all levels, for both law firms and corporate clients. He has settled into a specialty of high-level attorney recruiting.

Currently, Thomas leads the Attorney Recruiting Team while maintaining a busy recruiting desk and strong client relationships.

Thomas has an undergraduate degree from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) and a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with his wife and friends, and attending as many Oregon State, Seattle Mariners, Portland Trail Blazers, and Portland Fire games as possible.
