Taylor got her start in the recruiting industry by working on the eDiscovery side of a law firm, where she learned what it meant to staff document review projects from the firm’s perspective. That experience gave her unique knowledge when she moved into recruiting, where she’s spent the last four years specializing in temp and temp-to-perm placements. She’s passionate about building genuine, lasting relationships with candidates – she loves seeing someone light up over a job offer.

Outside the office, Taylor is always planning her next adventure with her husband; Paris, Florence, Tokyo, and the Maldives top her list of favorite trips so far. Closer to home, you’ll find her on family walks with her adorable mini goldendoodle, testing out new restaurants, or baking something sweet.
