Monica has a passion for building relationships and brings 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to the table. She grew up in the DC area and ventured down to Tampa Bay, where she received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. Monica is laser focused on ensuring the right fit for both clients and candidates. In her free time, Monica loves to break a sweat doing CrossFit, playing soccer, and taking the main stage at the occasional karaoke bar.
