Key responsibilities include designing and deploying Microsoft 365 features such as Entra ID, InTune, and Teams, as well as software and patch deployment through tools like NinjaOne and Microsoft AutoPilot. The engineer will monitor systems for errors, troubleshoot issues, and assist with server-related problems, while managing software licenses and ensuring compliance. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server versions, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting. Experience in migrating and managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra, along with network security tools like Palo Alto and Meraki, is essential. Skills in PowerShell scripting, virtualization technologies (VMware), storage, and business continuity practices are required. Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and cloud-based iManage Work 10 is preferred. The role demands the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively, including occasional work outside normal hours.
