About the Role
The Human Capital Business Partner is an integral part of the Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for implementing human capital strategies in actionable deliverables within practice offices or global functions, while championing colleague well-being and enabling a work environment that is equitable and offers fair treatment, transparency, inclusiveness, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect. This role will be located in the downtown Los Angeles and Century City offices. Please note: This role will have in-office expectations in both the Century City and downtown Los Angeles offices, however, time spent in each location may shift as the needs of the firm change. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Human Capital & Talent strategies, inclusive of engagement strategies, optimized performance, and professional development
  • Managing people-related projects, programs, and processes to ensure compliance and completion
  • Supporting department leadership with performance optimization efforts, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to office leadership and colleagues by providing advice and guidance across all human capital topics, inclusive of employee relations and policy adherence
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources functions
  • Exhibit the ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
  • Display effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience  may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organization
  • Experience in coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters

Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 – USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
