Our client, an AV-rated® law firm recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the “Best Companies to Work For,” seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience for their Los Angeles and Torrence offices. This growing firm has over 200 attorneys nationwide and offers the opportunity to work largely remotely, with occasional office visits as needed. Hourly or part-time options are also available.
The role involves defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions, and handling investigations before various labor agencies. The attorney will also represent clients in employment discrimination, workplace harassment, and traditional labor law matters, and appear before the National Labor Relations Board on union-related issues.
Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and have substantial litigation experience in federal and state courts. The position offers an annual compensation range of $135,000 – $200,000, depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
