The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage, including both advice and litigation, with a preference for general liability and professional lines insurance.

The attorney will join a growing, dynamic firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide, known for its supportive and collegial culture. The position offers a hybrid work option, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Extensive experience in interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage matters.
• Preferably experienced in general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:

• Annual range: $140,000 – $180,000, based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
