Nicole’s operations experience started in the grocery retail industry, and after holding multiple leadership roles within the retail space, she made the transition into operations management within the staffing and recruiting industry. Nicole thrives on creating solutions for difficult problems and improving the efficiency of back-office processes. Nicole received her BBA in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. In her free time, you can find Nicole traveling or enjoying the outdoors in her home state of Michigan, either hiking, long-distance running, or kayaking.
