Senior HRIS Data Analyst

The Senior HRIS & Data Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm’s HRIS platform (Ceridian Dayforce), providing expert support in system configuration, reporting, analytics, and process design across HR functions such as Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations. The role involves collaborating with HR leadership to enhance HR technology, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading HRIS projects, developing HR data governance frameworks, building complex dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI), and driving process improvements in benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll integration. The position also entails providing user support, developing training materials, and fostering cross-departmental partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of HRIS experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment, with advanced knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce and BI tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 60% in-office presence.

The salary range in Boston is $110,000 to $125,000.
