The ServiceNow Platform Leader will oversee the firm’s ServiceNow platform, leading architecture, governance, and solution delivery across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include managing platform health, defining governance standards, prioritizing backlog and technical debt, and ensuring sustainable, upgrade-ready configurations. The role leads end-to-end solution design and implementation, including scoped applications, workflows, automations, integrations (REST/SOAP), and portal extensions, while enforcing secure, compliant, and high-quality practices. The leader mentors developers and administrators, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, manages upgrades and patching, and champions platform best practices.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, ATF, and secure integrations. Experience in regulated, confidentiality-intensive environments and familiarity with AI tools, CI/CD, and enterprise systems integrations are preferred. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/HRSD/Discovery) are advantageous.
This Boston-based role requires 60% in-office presence and offers a salary range of $125,000–$150,000.
