A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Technical/Graphics Specialist for its Nashville, TN office, working a 4:00 PM–1:00 AM CT schedule, Monday through Friday. This role provides advanced document and graphics support using expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, requiring strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics for invitations, newsletters, advertisements, posters, banners, and brochures using firm templates; creating and customizing PowerPoint presentations; producing litigation graphics and demonstratives; illustrating patent drawings; and performing minor video editing. The role also involves cleanup and formatting of common documents, assisting with complex production assignments, training and mentoring other specialists, proofreading, and responding to project status inquiries and routine technical questions from colleagues and the IT department.

Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of progressive graphic design experience (a degree in Graphic Design is preferred), along with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including complex formulas, mail merges, and PDF/Acrobat work. Strong typing accuracy, proofreading skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. The expected salary range is $70,000–$75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
