A leading Boston-area law firm is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to serve as a key technical and strategic partner within its HR Department. This role owns the advanced administration, optimization, and governance of the firm’s Dayforce (Ceridian) platform, providing expert-level support across Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations, including system configuration, complex reporting, and analytics.

The Senior HRIS Administrator will lead system enhancement and configuration projects end to end, from requirements gathering through rollout; own the firm’s HR data governance framework, running audits and building dashboards and KPIs (PowerBI preferred); lead major firmwide reporting, including compensation analytics, DEI reporting, turnover analysis, and regulatory filings; and drive process improvement and automation across benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll. The role also serves as a senior resource for HR and end-user support, and partners closely with Finance, IT, Benefits, and Payroll on cross-system initiatives. The position requires 60% in-office presence.

A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of progressive HRIS experience are required, with law firm or professional services experience and benefits administration expertise strongly preferred, along with advanced Excel skills (SQL a plus). The salary range for this role is $110,000–$155,000.
