Corporate Attorney

Our client is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team in Detroit. Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in complex business, corporate and M&A matters is a requirement for this position.  Qualified candidates should also have the ability to draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture documents, sales agreements and various other contracts.
