The Advanced Records Center (ARC) Staff Attorney will manage Public Records Act (PRA) requests for municipal clients across California, and potentially Nevada, while overseeing a team of paralegals and reviewers. The role demands substantial expertise in the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience in e-discovery, with e-discovery certification preferred. The staff attorney will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with PRA requests and will be responsible for traveling to client offices and courts within the designated regions. Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $125,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and years of practice.
