Rick, along with his partner Jeff Mihaljevich, co-founded and leads all recruiting efforts at C&M. His experience spans 10+ years in the legal recruiting industry, placing candidates in AmLaw 200 firms, boutique law practices, legal services providers, and corporate legal departments both nationally as well as internationally. After initially specializing in eDiscovery recruiting, Rick formed C&M with Jeff in order to provide a more diverse offering of recruiting services. After traveling to locations around the globe and spending several years in Maui, Rick is now settled in the greater Austin, TX area, enjoying live music and world-class BBQ.
