A leading law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney to join the Practice Engineering team within its Innovation department, supporting its Fund Formation practice. This role ensures that document automation software and pipelines align with underlying legal processes, and is responsible for creating standard forms, guidance, and training materials for the assigned practice group.

The Attorney will work closely with product engineers and managers to build data models capturing practice group workstreams, monitor legal and regulatory developments, and coordinate the collection and maintenance of standard forms and practice knowledge across the firm’s software portfolio. Additional responsibilities include prioritizing form automation and testing based on business value and regulatory needs, assisting with usability and accessibility testing, identifying risks in AI-assisted legal work product, and fostering collaboration between practitioners, QA, and engineering teams.

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney (large law firm experience preferred), a J.D. or non-U.S. equivalent, active bar membership in good standing, and strong analytical skills for identifying inconsistencies in legal documents. Preferred qualifications include deep familiarity with the relevant practice area and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

The annual pay range is $225,000–$320,000.
