Austin has been recruiting since 2022, spending the majority of his time in the legal recruiting space. He has wide-ranging legal recruiting experience, placing partners, associates, and paralegals. His attorney placements have spanned many practice areas, including complex litigation, real estate, corporate, intellectual property, employment, healthcare, finance, and insurance defense.

Before recruiting, Austin worked in SaaS, commercial real estate appraising, and event planning. He is a proud SDSU Aztec who loves traveling across the globe, seeing a variety of live music, and learning about new technologies.
