Senior Conflicts Analyst

The Senior Conflicts Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm’s risk management and new business intake processes by conducting detailed conflicts analysis for new business matters and attorney hires. This role involves reviewing and validating conflict requests, researching and reconciling party information from multiple sources, collaborating with attorneys and legal staff to resolve potential conflicts issues, and assisting with the drafting, tracking, and management of conflict waivers. The Senior Conflicts Analyst also supports new hire onboarding conflicts reviews, including the use of ethical walls and screens to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and improving the conflicts database, correcting and reconciling inconsistent party information, identifying opportunities for process improvements, assisting with software and systems support, and helping provide training to attorneys and staff on intake and conflicts procedures. The role requires strong independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience performing independent conflicts analysis within a large law firm, along with hands-on experience using Intapp Open. Experience with conflicts database management is required, while familiarity with 3E, iManage, and Intapp Walls is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The regular schedule is 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time.
