Lynette specializes in recruiting top legal talent for temporary and permanent placements, using her knowledge of the legal industry to place legal professionals within the public and private sectors. She develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates to help them identify opportunities that are consistent with their diverse career goals.

Lynette began her legal career as an intern with the United States Department of Justice, and later went on to work as a Paralegal for many years. She truly enjoys helping professionals find their career paths. As a certified career coach, Lynette encourages candidates “to be owners and not renters” of their careers and to focus on developing their skills and expertise in ways that best align with their interests.

When she’s not working, Lynette absolutely loves spending time with her husband, a police captain, and daughter, a budding ballerina. She also enjoys crafting, volunteering, and traveling.
