After starting his own Legal Service business, Daniel transitioned into the Legal Recruiting industry in 2020, originally starting in Business Development before excelling in his first two direct hire recruiting opportunities, where he never looked back. Over the past several years, Daniel has been responsible for helping new firms and departments build people infrastructure, identifying leaders, and understanding how trends & skills shift within the industry. He prides himself on having transparent and honest communication with both candidates and clients, helping them achieve the next steps in their businesses and careers. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking in national parks, going to baseball games, and visiting friends.
