Transactional Insurance Associate (Mid)

Our client, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2022, and maintained their rankings in Chambers USA 2022 for Insurance and Insurance: Dispute Resolution, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Financial Lines and D&O practice.

The ideal candidate will have an interest and/or experience in transaction insurance including representations and warranties, trade credit and political risk. Minimum of two years' experience as a practicing attorney, ideal but not required. Experience in Reps and warranties, M&A, transactional and/or Accounting background is a plus but not required.
