The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and oppositions, with skills in clearance searches, docket management, and client correspondence.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing trademark documents with the USPTO and foreign offices, managing deadlines, conducting research, and supporting litigation tasks. Candidates must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality results. Proficiency in CPI, SAEGIS, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $118,000, commensurate with experience.
