The client is seeking an experienced Service Desk/Help Desk Analyst for their Salt Lake City office. This onsite role involves providing firm-wide technical support, including managing Help Desk calls and addressing incidents from the central IT Support queue. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with hands-on experience in key legal software applications such as Windows 10/11, Office 2016/2019, iManage Work 10, Adobe Pro, Litera Compare, Intapp Time, and remote desktop tools.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, audio/visual, and IT-related issues promptly and effectively. The analyst will prioritize and balance multiple tasks, deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to new technologies and procedural changes. Additional duties involve managing user accounts via Active Directory, assisting with laptop imaging, mobile device setup, and maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

The role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in mid-size to large law firms. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT environment while supporting the firm's operations and staff effectively.
