Senior Professional Development Manager (Corporate)

The Senior Professional Development Manager for Corporate will report to the Director of Professional Development & Training and focus on executing interactive training programs and workshops for Corporate attorneys across all offices. Key responsibilities include leading the creation and maintenance of training programs, coordinating and executing training for London associates, and overseeing the onboarding process for new and lateral Corporate associates. The role involves continuous evaluation of training programs, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with various departments such as Inclusion, IT, and Events to deliver engaging and efficient programming. Required qualifications include 7+ years of management experience in talent development or 5+ years as a practicing associate in a large law firm, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The expected salary range for this position is $210,000 to $215,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
