The Senior Pricing Analyst supports the firm’s Practice Management team by driving profitability initiatives and optimizing client fee arrangements. Responsibilities include developing financial models and budgets to assess pricing strategies, collaborating with attorneys and marketing on RFPs and proposals, and maintaining pricing data within firm systems. The role also involves monitoring client financial performance, ensuring compliance with budgeting policies, and providing reporting and analysis on pricing trends and client profitability.

The analyst leads pricing discussions, supports annual client negotiations, and delivers strategic guidance on early case assessment, data prioritization, and cost management. Additional duties include managing data collection for new and existing matters and ensuring accurate documentation of client financial arrangements.

Candidates should have at least three years of law firm pricing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Excel and legal accounting systems (preferably Aderant), along with MS Word and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of SQL and tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Salary range: $110K–$140K.
