The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Docketing Analyst to join its docketing team in a hybrid remote role. This position requires at least seven years of experience with docketing and calendaring software, preferably Compulaw, and a bachelor’s degree. The analyst must have strong knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules, including USDC and state court practices, as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Key responsibilities include accurately entering case information into the firm’s electronic calendaring system, maintaining the master calendar, calculating deadlines, and monitoring court rule changes. The analyst will advise attorneys on upcoming dates, review incoming documents for deadlines, and research court rules for strategic calendaring. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
