Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator

The Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in executing initiatives to attract and integrate senior legal talent, including Partners, Senior Counsel, and Special Counsel. Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Recruiting, the coordinator oversees all phases of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, managing application materials, and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding processes. They collaborate closely with HR and firm leadership to ensure seamless hiring and integration.

Key responsibilities include managing applicant tracking systems, facilitating the collection of onboarding materials, and coordinating background checks and conflict forms. The coordinator also drafts orientation schedules and arrival memos and provides status updates on candidate progress. Special projects may also be assigned by the Senior Director.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of legal recruiting experience, ideally within a law firm. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, and familiarity with viRecruit is a plus. This hybrid position offers a salary range of $86,000–$121,000 and requires a professional demeanor with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
