The Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as a key liaison between IT and Firm stakeholders, including practice areas and administrative departments. This individual is responsible for managing IT demand, shaping and prioritizing strategic technology needs, and ensuring alignment between Firm objectives and IT solutions. The BRM engages throughout the IT solution lifecycle, from planning to implementation, and supports organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of new technology.

The role requires a college degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting. The BRM should have expertise in strategic technology planning, project management, and BRM models. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders on IT strategy, collaborating with IT leadership, managing project intake, and ensuring forward-looking IT planning. The BRM also leads the development of business and functional requirements, supports IT governance, and participates in shaping service level agreements. Strong communication skills, the ability to foster cross-functional relationships, and a customer-centric approach are essential. This position is exempt, reports to the Director of Solution Delivery, and offers a hybrid work environment with a salary range of $148,000 to $209,000, depending on experience and location.
