The Sr. Financial Analyst – Pricing & Reporting is responsible for conducting financial and market analyses to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue in General Licensing (GL) Licenses. This role involves reviewing financial data and licensing agreements to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, recommending updates to pricing strategies, and supporting strategic financial planning. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, accounting, IT, and finance, to align pricing with business objectives and utilizes qualitative and quantitative tools to develop actionable insights.

The position requires proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, and financial modeling tools to convert raw data into meaningful conclusions. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, developing KPIs, and creating real-time financial models for various stakeholders. The analyst also supports ad hoc analysis requests and contributes to market research for new license structures. A strong understanding of accounting concepts, such as revenue recognition and accrual adjustments, is essential.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and have at least four years of experience in financial analysis and pricing strategy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
