Our client is seeking a senior-level associate for their Corporate Private Equity M&A practice in New York. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of business and transactional experience, specifically in M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating transactional documents and working directly with clients.

Candidates must have a strong academic record, significant law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. The firm values ambition, drive, and teamwork, with an emphasis on contributing to the growth of their national practice.

The position offers a salary range of $250,000 to $350,000, depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus based on performance.
