Senior Bankruptcy Docketing Analyst

The firm is seeking a Senior Bankruptcy Docketing Analyst for a hybrid remote position within its docketing department. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience with docketing and calendaring software, preferably Compulaw. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules, along with bankruptcy court procedures, is required.
Key responsibilities include accurately entering case details into the electronic calendaring system, maintaining the firm’s bankruptcy calendar, and calculating and formatting case deadlines in accordance with court rules and attorney instructions. The analyst will monitor updates to court rules, review all incoming bankruptcy documents for deadlines, and advise attorneys on upcoming case dates. The role also involves responding to deadline-related inquiries, conducting court rule research for strategic calendaring, and generating reports to support attorneys and paralegals. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
