Our client is seeking a skilled Review & Analytics Staffing Coordinator to recruit top talent for their advanced document review and project management teams. This professional will collaborate with Review Leads to tailor recruitment strategies that attract exceptional eDiscovery attorneys and other review professionals. Key responsibilities include proactive talent sourcing, conducting interviews, administering skills assessments, coordinating recruiting for various review roles, and overseeing the interview process with the Recruiting Committee.

The coordinator will also handle onboarding by preparing offer letters, ensuring legal compliance, and monitoring bar admissions. Performance management duties involve conducting reviews of project attorneys, verifying billing accuracy, and enforcing HR policies throughout the recruitment cycle. Additionally, the candidate will maintain communication with attorneys regarding availability and manage administrative aspects of the practice group, including scheduling training and keeping track of compliance information.

Qualifications for the role include a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in the legal field, with a strong understanding of eDiscovery and staffing.
