Regional Office Administrator

A mid-sized education law firm is seeking a Regional Office Administrator with at least three years of office management or related experience to support its East Bay, Sacramento, and San Francisco offices. The role involves a wide range of administrative and management tasks, including supervising staff, resource allocation, training, workflow management, and enforcing firm policies for secretaries, paralegals, and non-department support staff.

Key duties include managing office facilities, staffing coordination, conducting staff meetings, performance evaluations, hiring, and overseeing office safety. The Administrator will also handle special projects, office activities, and employee administrative matters. This role requires regular travel between offices and participation in firm-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and professional, with strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Experience in a law firm and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A bachelor's degree and three years of team leadership are preferred.

The salary range is $145,000 to $222,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full COVID-19 vaccination is required, with accommodations available for medical or religious exemptions. The firm will also consider applicants with arrest or conviction records under the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
