The Regional Associate Director of Conflicts (New Business) will manage the Business Intake and Conflicts (BIC) team for their assigned West Coast region. This role involves overseeing the team’s performance to ensure timely and accurate clearance of new business, managing conflicts, and supporting ethical compliance in line with the firm’s risk management policies.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of BIC, resolving complex conflicts, conducting quality checks, and participating in strategic planning and staff training. The position also involves supervising team members, managing staffing, and contributing to software enhancements.
Candidates should have a Juris Doctorate, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in conflict waiver drafting and policy development. Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Walls is preferred. The role offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $205,000, with variations based on location, experience, and skills.
