The Recruiting & Administrative Assistant supports the firm’s legal talent acquisition and onboarding processes, coordinating full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, patent agents, technical specialists, and summer associates.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and managing interviews, communicating with candidates and recruiters, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and organizing recruiting events and outreach initiatives. The role also involves preparing offer letters and onboarding materials, coordinating orientation schedules, and assisting with the firm’s summer associate program. Additional duties include managing calendars, collecting interview feedback, maintaining evaluation records, and providing administrative support to the Recruiting Manager and HR team.
Strong communication, organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Experience with viRecruit and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred. The salary range for this position is $60K–$68K, depending on experience and qualifications.
