Our client is seeking a full-time Records Clerk for their Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, demonstrating teamwork, multi-tasking abilities, and a strong commitment to client service. Key responsibilities include organizing files, data entry, document indexing, running conflict checks, and maintaining both electronic and physical records.

The candidate will also assist in copying, scanning documents, and conducting regular inventories of files. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2-4 years of law firm records experience, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. The role demands superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects. Strong communication skills with legal staff and attorneys are crucial, alongside a proven track record in records management and filing procedures. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting is essential. Flexibility to assist other departments as needed and strong analytical skills are important for this position. The salary range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000.
