The Receptionist position, based in the Los Angeles office, plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for callers, clients, and guests. Reporting to the Office Services and Facilities Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate parties, and taking messages. They greet guests, guide them to conference rooms, and manage room bookings, including catering and setup requests. The role also involves maintaining the Reception Desk and guest seating areas in a tidy manner and checking voicemail messages.

In addition, the Receptionist may perform hospitality services, assist with clerical tasks such as expense reimbursements, and support stocking of beverages and supplies. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in a multi-line switchboard or similar role.

The salary range for this role is between $47,416.80 and $71,125.20 annually, with actual compensation reflecting various factors, including experience and qualifications.
