Real Estate / Transactional Attorney
Our client is seeking candidates with 2-4 years of law firm experience to join their growing Naples office. The associate will assist the team with the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate, corporate transactions and condo/HOA matters. Experience with entity formation, title/survey review and experience with condominiums and HOA related matters is also helpful. Successful candidates will possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Admission to the Florida bar is required.
