The Real Estate + Environment Section is seeking a Senior Counsel attorney to join their Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly on the lender side. This role requires the ability to manage multiple deals concurrently and proficiency in handling complex debt and equity financing structures, drafting purchase and sale transaction documents, securitized lending, conducting due diligence, and managing title and survey reviews, along with commercial leasing.

Experience with HUD is considered a plus. The preferred location for this position is the Los Angeles office. The annual base salary for this California-based role ranges from $225,000 to $300,000, depending on factors such as experience and professional skills.
