Real Estate Associate
Our client seeks to hire an associate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Team. This position is open to any of the Michigan offices.

They are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, office, retail and industrial leases, and title and survey review and analysis.

Experience with loan documentation, loan opinion and financing matters and renewable energy matters is a plus.  Successful candidates will possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Admission to the Michigan bar is required.
