The Practice Area Management Senior Coordinator position involves supporting the Practice Area Manager (PAM) team for Global Financial Management (GFM), Litigation and Dispute Resolution (L&DR), and Corporate practices. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various departments like Finance and Human Resources, managing billing and collections, and ensuring compliance with practice policies. The coordinator will assist with reviewing expenses, managing meetings, drafting internal communications, and facilitating talent-related processes with HR. Additional duties involve preparing financial analyses for initiatives, supporting legal project management efforts, and collaborating on special projects with associates and partners. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in practice management or financial analysis, a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics), and strong organizational skills. They must be adept at multitasking, possess excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires flexibility in working hours and adherence to the firm’s Agile Working Policy. The firm offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
