Mid-Level Patent Litigation (Life Sciences) Associate
Our client is seeking a patent litigation associate to join their San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Mountain View office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to five (5) years of relevant patent, IP, and/or commercial litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. Undergraduate or graduate degree, and/or academic or industry experience, in biology, chemistry, or similar life sciences field preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in life sciences and/or medical devices. Interest in life sciences a must. CA, NY, WA bar membership preferred, but out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.

The anticipated range for this position is $225,000 – $370,000 (San Francisco, Mountain View); $225,000 – $345,000 (Seattle, New York)
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
