Patent Agent or Attorney
Our client is seeking an exceptional Patent Associate or Patent Agent to join the intellectual property team in Philadelphia or Washington DC. The ideal candidate will be a Mid-Level Patent Associate or a Patent Agent with 2-4 years of experience. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Immunology, Virology or Molecular Biology. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches in the fields of immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell therapy and related fields. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Associate candidates are required to have Bar admission for the jurisdiction of practice.
