The Securities Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in the New York office’s Securities Litigation Department, reporting to the Managing Director of Paralegals. This role focuses on assisting with case preparation, including research, proofreading, cite-checking, Bluebooking, and filing legal documents to achieve successful outcomes in complex litigation cases. Responsibilities include conducting legal research using platforms like Westlaw and LexisNexis, managing case files, preparing for depositions and hearings, and ensuring compliance with court regulations. The role also involves coordinating with outside counsel and vendors and tracking time entries in iTimeKeep.

Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in securities or class action cases. Expertise in e-filing, Bluebooking, and legal research tools is essential, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask under pressure are required.

This full-time hybrid position offers a competitive salary ($70–85k), annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
